Billu is a poor barber who lives with his wife Bindiya and their two children in his village. He lives an uneventful life until Bollywood superstar Sahir comes to the village for a film shoot and changes everything. Rumors spread that Billu is Sahir’s close friend, and he becomes an overnight celebrity in the village. But trouble brews when the villagers demand that Billu contact Sahir on their behalf.
