Prem Kumar is all set to get married to his love Dhanalakshmi. A day before his wedding, he injures his head and develops short term memory loss. He remembers his life till college but has no idea about the upcoming marriage. His friends decide to hide his memory loss to his family and future wife and hope that he will recover before the wedding ceremony.
