The restaurant “The Pind” offers a sophisticated fine dining experience and authentic Indian food. Our goal is to provide Indian food of the highest quality using the finest ingredients. Visit our booth on Thursday (23rd) and Saturday (25th) and enjoy a special festival menu, prepared for you by our chefs.
Masala
We started our activities in 1999 in New Zealand. Since 2007, we operate on the Czech market and our network already includes 4 establishments. The food in all our restaurants is prepared by professional Indian chefs, who have a perfect knowledge of recipes from all over India. Visit our booth on Friday (24th) and Sunday (26th) and enjoy a special festival menu, prepared for you by our chefs.
Masala tea, Festival t-shirts and more
At our festival stand we serve masala tea made out of fresh ingredients, you can also get tickets for the Saturday party, festival T-shirts, as well as other Bollywood souvenirs, which we have brought directly from India.
Board game Carrom
Don’t loose time waiting for a film and play a game of Carrom. It’s a board game, sometimes called “Indian billiard”, which you might have played in a past life, but don’t remember it. Experienced players will remind you of it, or teach you how to play. Brought to you by the Czech Carrom Association.

Make your own button, the one with a pin, a mirror, a bottle opener or a magnet. You can color your own button using a pre-drawn Indian pattern, or draw whatever you want according to your imagination. Get an original gift for friends and family, or just enjoy your own creativity. There’ll be crayons, markers and pencils available, and plenty of pre-drawn pictures. You can also look forward to hearing a bit about the background of button making.

We were founded in 2011 with limited shipping only in Prague now doing in whole of Czech and Slovak republic.
Nepali handmade Pashminas and Ponchos
We are offering one of the best Pashmina Shawls and Ponchos directly from Nepal. Pashmina refers to a type of fine cashmere wool and the textiles made from it. The wool comes from changthangi or Pashmina goat, which is a special breed of goat indigenous to high altitudes of the Himalayas in India, Nepal and Pakistan.
Oriental scent
Come try some Arab oils and perfumes. Our booth offers oriental perfumes, lotions, air fresheners, covers for cushions, incense, natural toothpaste and other goods from Arab countries.
Archdiecese Caritas Prague
At the Archdiocese Caritas Prague stand you can learn more about the program Adopce na dálku®. It started 21 years ago and during that time donors from all over the Czech Republic have enabled us to help give education to over 30 thousand children in developing countries. Come and see pictures of Indian schools and maybe you will join us too.
UNICEF ČR
The UNICEF stand offer UNICEF gift items, greeting cards and dolls. The proceeds from this event will go to the UNICEF vaccination programs, which annually save the lives of more than 3,000,000 babies and toddlers.
